This is a terrific shot!

As a whole, it has a charm that is totally unique.  You have successfully captured a moment in time with electrifying precision and the result is a photograph that is cute, entertaining, unusual, and truly memorable.

I don't know much about photography but I must say that your balance of aperture, shutter speed, and ISO settings appears superb.  The blur of the background nicely highlights the subject without losing texture.  The colour palette in the piece is gorgeous and beautifully synthesized with an inviting, warm tone.  I can feel the love and domesticity emanating from the photo in waves.

The kitten itself is adorable and well depicted, with the fluffy whiteness of the coat combined with the astonished expression creates a simply gorgeous subject.  Even the paws look surprised.  You can't help but smile when you look at this.

The one and only nitpick I have with this piece is that the teapot is slightly cut off on the left-hand side; if it were just a little further towards the centre of the image I would say you had a perfectly framed shot.

All in all, this is (in my utterly non-specialist opinion ^^;) a fantastic piece of photography.  Great job!

Too cute!  Never thought an action shot and cuteness could be combined.  Great Shot.
